Arun is a PhD Candidate at The Fletcher School, and a volunteer at iSPIRT. He is the author of Midnight’s Machines: A Political History of Technology in India, published by Penguin RandomHouse (India) in 2019.

Balaji is Professor, at the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (IIITB), and a founding member of the Institute's Center for Information Technology and Public Policy (CITAPP). His interests broadly focus on the relationship between technological innovation, economic globalization and social change.

This talk was hosted by Tandem Research, the former home of the Responsible Technology Initiative.
